We're Here For Good!
On Wednesday, November 16, 2016...my husband, Randy, our 14 year old son, Kobe, and I will be living here in Ecuador for two years. We are Permanent Residents (Pensioners) since Randy is retired.
I will definitely become a citizen of Ecuador in 2018...which will make me a citizen of the USA and Ecuador. Kobe will also be a dual citizen (USA and Ecuador). Kobe won't have to take a test because he is under 18. We will pay for him to become a citizen of Ecuador. Randy is still deciding if he would like to pursue Ecuadorian citizenship.
We now own our own home near Paute, Azuay, Ecuador. The city of Cuenca is ten miles from where we live. Since January 2016, we have been homeowners. Lucia, our dog, is still with us.
Life is good here. We are enjoying living in nature and near the Paute River.
I will post a few photos. Many more photos and even videos can be viewed on my Facebook page. You don't have to be my Facebook friend to view the photos and videos on my Facebook page.
I am on Facebook everyday. This is another good way to keep up with what and how we are doing.
