We Are Farmers
It's been more than six months since Rodrigo Saca passed away from pneumonia, and what the medical profession said was COVID. He was only 49. We still miss him. This is why I haven't written a blog for a while. A lot has happened since my last blog in April 2021. Our farm is thriving. We have a donkey, sheep, turkey, chickens, ducks, pigs, dogs, cats, etc. From Canada, Janice and Myles MacEachern live on our farm and do a great job of making sure our farm stays productive. We also have greenhouses that grow fresh produce. At 57 years old, I am a university student at Oregon State University (OSU) based in Corvallis, Oregon (ecampus). I am a junior, and my major is Liberal Studies B.A. (with an emphasis on Liberal Studies) with a minor in Asian Languages (Japanese). My goal is to graduate in the summer of 2023.
