Drumming and Pumapunga
I went to El Parque de la Madre in Cuenca to play my drum with the Drumming group. It was a lot of fun. I thank Randy for purchasing my drum for me for my 51st birthday.
After drumming, I bought Kobe some cheddar cheese (pre sliced) and I bought for myself some canned salmon packed in water and a vanilla candy bar (Galak) at Supermaxi.
Randy and Kobe relaxed at home. After being home with them briefly, I went for a walk. While walking, I discovered that Pumpaguna was open and serving Belgian Waffles and fresh orange juice. Both tasted really good and cost a total of $3.00. After my meal, I walked around Pumapunga. There were parrots and falcons. Also, plants and a few historical artifacts. Also, ducks swimming in the lake and river.
Pumapunga is very peaceful and open Thursday-Sunday from 10am-5:30pm.
I love walking around Cuenca. Great exercise and so much to see and do.
